Theatre Production Practicum (T329)

This was a module I studied during my time in Diploma in Arts and Theatre Management, now known as Arts and Entertain Production Management. This module involved the creation of a theatrical production all the way from the start of conception all the way to showday, and subsequently tear down/bump out.

I was assigned to the set department. Which had me design, budget, and build multiple set pieces for the show. Furthermore, I was an actor for the show which required me to handle the job of coming to production meetings but also turning up for rehearsals.

Overall, I learnt a lot about the process of creating a theatrical production, even if it is on a very small student-run scale.
