National Youth Council Leaders' Camp 2025

We first participated in a day of high elements at Outward Bound: Singapore  at their Pulau Ubin camp. This was followed by a short night stay over at the camp in a tent. Our second day was spent at Republic Polytechnic, where we participated in many activities. 

The highlights were being a talk by Mr. Martin Tan, CEO of The Majurity Trust, and "Semangat Yang Baru", an exhibition hosted by Founder's Memorial. On the third and last day, we volunteered for a short activity at the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) at their Hougang school.

This experience taught me a lot about teamwork. As it reminded me that when working in a larger group, many people will have different agendas, but it is important to remember that we all were working towards a common goal.
